FEBRUARY 14, 2010: Upper Hutt’s Mike McLeod has resigned effective immediately, his position as Senior Motocross Commissioner.
The Board has accepted Mike’s decision, as it appreciates that the role of Commissioner while a voluntary one, requires a great deal of personal time and commitment, in order to achieve the best for the ‘Sport’ and as a business owner Mike already has heavy demands on his time.
“The Board is disappointed to be losing Mike’s experience but believes his move will open the pathway to fresh initiatives and ideas,” said MNZ President Jim Tuckerman.
The Board on behalf of MNZ thanks Mike for his many years of service and wishes him well in his future endevours.
