Motorcycling New Zealand Announces Team Manager to ISDE – to Strengthen Long Term Resources and Support for Competitors

14 March 2025 | All News, Enduro

Motorcycling New Zealand has appointed Kylie Dorr as the new Team Manager for the 2025 ISDE.  This comes as part of our commitment to strengthening the team’s long-term resources and providing support to our competitors.  In this pivotal, volunteer role, Kylie will work closely with riders to enhance sponsorship opportunities, offer coaching guidance, and assist with other resources needed for success.

As Team Manager, Kylie will play an important part in developing the team’s resources.   Kylie’s primary focus will not only be the logistics of the event itself (both getting to the event, and management on the team while at the event), but also ensuring that each rider has the tools and coaching and sponsorship support necessary to achieve both on and off the track.

We are pleased to welcome Kyle to the ISDE team.  Her experience of obtaining sponsorship, and media coverage as well as competing at the 2024 ISDE combined with her passion to the sport and willingness to see riders succeed with be an invaluable to those travelling to the event.

About the ISDE
The International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) is on one of the most prestigious and challenging off-road motorcycle races in the world.  Often referred to as the “Olympics of off-road racing” this grueling event has been held annually since 1913, bringing together top riders from around the world to compete in a test of endurance, skill and teamwork.

The ISDE is unique, it is not just a race for individual riders but also for national teams, who compete for the coveted World Trophy and Junior Trophy titles, and more recently the Women’s trophy.  Over the course of six days, riders cover hundreds of kilometres, navigating through a variety of terrains.  The event also features timed special tests, which challenge riders’ speed and precision.
