2026 Online AGM

04 May 2026 | All News

Following our recent communication regarding the cancellation of the Conference and the move to an online AGM, this is a reminder of the next steps.

While the format has changed, it is still important that all clubs register to attend the AGM. This allows us to confirm attendance, circulate the appropriate meeting links, ensure all voting requirements are met, and confirm that we can achieve a quorum.

Please complete your registration using the form provided here by 15 May 2026:
Registration Form – Clubs
Registration Form – Members

If your club is unable to attend, please register your apologies by email to [email protected] no later than 15 May 2026.

For full context on this decision and the reasons behind it, please refer to our original newsletter here:

We appreciate your understanding as we prioritise reducing cost pressures on clubs and enabling continued focus on delivering events throughout the season.
