The MNZ MX Commission, in consultation with the MNZ Board, Christchurch Off-Road MCC and School Sport New Zealand, regret to advise that the 2021 NZ Mini MX Nationals is postponed to the 20 & 21st of November, 2021, due to the current uncertainty with Covid-19.
We appreciate and share the disappointment that all competitors, families, and supporters will be feeling. We would like to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of all those who make these events possible. Our main concern is the safety and welfare of everyone that supports this event. With this strain of Covid-19 more susceptible to younger children, we want to ensure we do not put any one at risk. We also need to ensure that a successful event can be run within the Covid-19 restrictions.
Christchurch Off-Road MCC is still committed to hosting a great event and the MX Commission thanks them for working with us, with the postponement.
