New Host Confirmed for Final Round of 2025 Yamaha New Zealand Motocross Championship

24 January 2025 | All News, Motocross

We are pleased to announce that an alternative club has been found to host the final round of the 2025 Yamaha New Zealand Motocross Championship. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Rotorua Motorcycle Club for stepping in and taking on the responsibility of hosting not only the second round of the Championship but also the final.

The only adjustment to the series is that the final round will now be held on Saturday 15th March 2025.  Additionally, the series prize giving will take place in the evening, with more information to follow soon.

We are confident that all involved will be pleased to visit this fantastic track twice during the season, and we look forward to a great finish to the Championship.

We would also like to take this opportunity to express our deep gratitude to all the volunteers who dedicate so much time and effort to our sport. Their hard work and passion provide the platform for competitors to race, and we could not do this without them.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our sponsors for their support and understanding as we worked through these changes. Their continued commitment is instrumental to the success of the Championship, and we are incredibly grateful for their partnership.

Finally, a big thank you to the Rotorua Motorcycle Club for  their commitment to hosting two rounds of the 2025 Yamaha New Zealand Motocross Championship, we are truly grateful for their support and dedication.
