Expression of Interest: Motorcycling New Zealand Womens Commission

01 July 2025 | All News

We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals who are passionate about advancing opportunities for women and girls in our sport.

The Womens Commission plays a key role in identifying challenges, sharing ideas, and helping to shape initiatives that promote greater inclusion, visibility, and support for women across all areas of participation — from competitors to officials, coaches, administrators, and volunteers.

Whether you bring lived experience, fresh ideas, or simply a passion for making a difference, we welcome your interest.

Key objectives of the group may include:

  • Identifying barriers to participation and progression
  • Supporting initiatives that encourage Womens involvement at all levels
  • Providing feedback and guidance within the Commission and to the Board
  • Celebrating and promoting the achievements of women in our sport

We are looking for a diverse range of voices from across our community, including different regions, backgrounds, and levels of involvement.

If you are interested in being part of this Commission, please send a brief expression of interest outlining:

  • Your involvement in the sport
  • Why you are interested in being part of the group
  • Any relevant experience or perspectives you would bring

Please send your EOI to [email protected] by 5pm 31 July 2025.

We look forward to hearing from you and working together to create a more inclusive future for our sport.
