MNZ Announcement: 2022 Annual General Meeting Deferred Until 2023

23 March 2022 | All News

Earlier this month – The Board of MNZ have agreed to the deferment of the 2022 AGM, now to take place with full attendance in 2023.
The current challenges we face with uncertainty around COVID, case numbers and logistical factors are very obvious with no-one having certainty as to when we may all see a subsiding that allows us to plan, meet and travel without potential consequence.
MNZ do not want to risk the health and well-being of any person within our membership, and are therefore planning alternative ways to carry out some of the necessary business related to this year’s AGM.
Constitutional Remits submitted for the 2022 AGM will be carried over to 2023.
Recommendations, Nominations for the up-coming Board positions should also be submitted through the required documentation process.
Further details will be coming from the MNZ Office.

Kind Regards,
Mike Kerrisk – General Manager
