Conditions of application- The applicant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations set by MNZ, and the specific rules of any event they participate in under this grant. - The applicant agrees to adhere to the MNZ Code of Conduct. This includes maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor towards other competitors, officials and members of the community. - The applicant agrees to follow MNZ’s Social Media Policy, ensuring that any posts, comments, or interactions on social media platforms reflect positively on themselves, the sport, and MNZ. Inappropriate or harmful content may lead to a review of the applicant’s eligibility for the grant. - Applications must be made prior to competitor attending the event, or at least prior to the completion of the series. - Applications are for non-professional competitors (if unsure contact the MNZ office) - Applications close on the 31st March, 30th June, 30th September and 30th November each year – MNZ reserves the right to extend the application closing dates. - Applications can be made at any time - Successful applicants will be required to supply MNZ with a photo of themselves and a note of thank you to MNZ that we may use on social media pages and website. - Recipients will be required to provide an event report, within one month of completion of the event, with a photo, that MNZ may use on social media pages and website. - Successful recipients will acknowledge the support of MNZ and include MNZ in any sponsorship acknowledgments, and tag MNZ in their social media posts. - Successful recipients will be required to have the MNZ logo displayed on their riding gear and motorcycle (subject to their contract negotiations). - Applicants can only receive one grant per year and any one grant is limited to a maximum of $2,500.00 - Should the applicant have the misfortune and are unable to compete at the event, the Applicants club will refund the grant to MNZ within 14 days - The applicating must declare any ongoing or unresolved issues under review by their Club, MNZ or another governing body or federation that may affect their eligibility or participation in events.
