We understand volunteer availability can vary.  If your allocated regional session does not suit, you are welcome to attend a neighbouring region’s session – there are no restrictions on which session you attend.

Our priority is ensuring that every club has the opportunity to participate in at least one conversation.

If you are unable to attend a regional session, or you club has a specific or sensitive matters that you would like to raise in private settings, confidential one-on-one meetings with Board representatives are also available.  Please contact [email protected] to arrange a time.

We strongly encourage all Clubs to take part in these conversations.  Your input will help inform future priorities and next steps, with key themes to be shared at the Annual Conference.

These resources are provided to support club committees with event planning and execution, club administration and funding. The operations team in the MNZ office is also available to provide support and advice as required.
